Seller Rules & Guidelines

Please read all rules carefully before listing your digital products.

1️⃣ Only Digital Products Allowed

Vendors sirf digital products sell kar sakte hain.

❌ Physical products allowed nahi hain.

❌ Illegal, copyrighted, pirated ya prohibited content strictly banned hai.

2️⃣ Complete Product Information Mandatory

Har product ke sath proper title, description aur details dena zaroori hai.

Product kya hai, kya milega, kaise use karna hai — sab clear likhna hoga.

Incomplete ya misleading information allowed nahi hogi.

3️⃣ Downloadable Product Link Required

Har digital product ke sath valid downloadable link add karna mandatory hai.

Agar product link missing hui ya wrong hui to product remove kar diya jayega.

4️⃣ Product Removal Policy

Agar vendor ne:

• Galat information di

• Download link add nahi ki

• Rules violate kiye

👉 To product bina notice ke remove kiya ja sakta hai.

5️⃣ Customer Complaint Policy

Agar kisi customer se complaint aati hai:

• Issue verify kiya jayega

• Zarurat padne par action liya jayega

Repeated complaint par account suspend bhi ho sakta hai.

6️⃣ Withdrawal Policy

UPI withdrawal ke liye:

• Vendor ko Support section me jaakar WhatsApp par message karna hoga

• Withdrawal request verify hone ke baad process ki jayegi.

7️⃣ Support System

Kisi bhi help ya issue ke liye vendor:

• Support option par click kare

• WhatsApp number par contact kare
