Buyer agrees not to initiate, pursue, or support any legal action, claim, suit, or proceeding of any kind against the Seller relating to or arising from the purchased product/service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Severability

If any part of this clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
